The delivery was great and the no assembly is the best part!! Well made and shipped with care. I really like the contoured back pillows. Velcro strips are included on the cushions and you’ll need to make use of those to keep everything from sliding around. Comes with clips to attach the separate pieces. The only negative is the cushions are EXTRA FIRM with ZERO give when you sit down. I really wish this set had a a softer sitting feel.I LIKE EVERYTHINGQuality is extra amazing. they are comfortable, and last forever! their customer service is amazing!I will recommend this brand to everyone!The sunbrella type fabric is a must if you get direct sunlight. Ours are going on 4 years old on our back patio facing the lake and they have held up. There is only a slight amount of surface rust on the chrome which I will sand down and paint black which I prefer anyways but I have very happy with how these are lasting overall. I would like to buy new covers for the coushins at some point but that is because of the kids with food and sunscreen. The coushins covers are lasting pretty good outside of the stains.When this arrived, it came in several boxes on a pallet, unloaded from a large truck into our garage (it's not something you can have just delivered to your house when you're at work). Once we got everything unpacked and set up, I realized it was nicer than I expected. The units are incredibly light, thanks I guess to the aluminum tubing that's used. The cushions are held in place with velcro strips, which is handy. The set comes with a cover, which is terrific...just wish I could buy an extra cover for when this one wears out (it's not terribly thick). Would definitely recommend. It's not the least expensive option, but it's far from the most expensive, and it is pretty much exactly what's pictured here on the product page.Update: 1 year later. We still really like it! It has held up superbly. And we discovered you can buy extra covers directly from the Ohana Collection website. Still very much recommended. :-)I waited 5 weeks but it was so worth it. The material is high quality and the color of the cushions and wicker is gorgeous! It is such a bonus that it comes with a cover and clips. I am extremely happy with this purchase!Very pleased with this purchase! The color is great and they were well packed. The delivery truck couldn't get up our driveway, which is kinda steep, but that is a local issue. The only negative so far is that the cushions hold a lot of water, so after it rains, they may look dry, but when you sit down, a few minutes later the water wicks up to the seat and your wet.Great sectional!! I was worried about shipping it from California to Colorado but it went very smooth. Supplier kept me informed during the process and it arrived very well packed. It is a beautiful product and looks even better than the pictures show.
