The recipients of this gift love everything about it. They were very pleased with it and stated that it was one of their most favorite gifts.Chair is sturdy. Assembly took 2 people. Seat is deep, thus leg rest is long enough for me (some recliners have a short leg rest). Cushions are thick. Overall comfort could be better, as I wish it reclined further back. Also wish chair back was higher for head support. Good chair for the money.My boyfriend loves this on his balcony. He’s now dreaming of a way to watch football on the balcony in this chair.Love the chair, but had to buy more bolts, etc. The ones sent kept popping out!Very well built chair. Recline system works well once you are used to it. Assembly instructions could be a little clearer. This chair needs a headrest badly. When you recline there is no support for your head. I solved the problem by having a local upholstery shop make a "bolster" headrest secured by velcro straps to the frame. Suggest manufacturer solve this problem so this would be a great chair. I would purchase this chair again as it is a great value.The chairs require 2 people to put together but instructions are clear and it was not difficult. The reclining mechanism works easily and the chairs are comfortable with the foot rest long enough to support heels of 6 foot man.One chair was missing an arm plug and a front leg leveler which did not interfere with use of the chair. I notified the company with pictures and they responded with in hours that the parts would be sent. Packaging looked as if it was from China but sure enough, a couple of weeks later the missing parts arrived. I am 100% satisfied with this company and their product.Comfortable chair for outside. One small thing- the screws are really soft and can strip easily.I rarely provide reviews- but I love this outdoor recliner enough to recommend it. I’ve had it about 3 weeks and it’s exactly what I was looking for: a super comfortable outdoor reading chair. Went together easily, cushion is thick and goes on and off easily. The recline is a nice angle; it’s really comfortable! I’m 5’8” and have to put a cushion behind my back as the seat is very deep- but that is easy and just adds to the comfort. I recommend this chair!
